Noyaux is a warm and easy to wear dress with a ribbed bodice and flattering U-neckline. The lace stitch on the bottom is a logical one, easy and fun to knit.

CLARIFICATION/CORRECTION

Row 5 is missing from Pattern Stitch:

Row 5 - k1, * k2, yo, k2, p1, p3 tog , p1, k2,yo , k3; rep from * .

HINTS FOR DECREASING OVER PATTERN STITCH

  1. Place a marker 15 sts in from each edge. The sts between the markers will remain in pattern stitch with no decreases.

  2. Work decreases at each side 1 st in from edge.

  3. Work decreases on WS rows instead of RS rows.

  4. When trying to decide where to start the pattern stitch, count back from the marker working from the end of the pattern row repeat.
